Do you offer personal consultations? TOP
Yes, I can offer clients a personal consultation at my studio based in Coatbridge,
Lanarkshire.
I also can arrange to visit you in your own home or a mutually agreed meeting place.
Consultations and enquiries can also be handled via the internet and telephone.
Can I choose my own wording and font? TOP
Yes certainly,Sticky Fingers Designs would love to help you choose suitable wording and style of font for your unique wedding stationery.
How can I pay for my order? TOP
Sticky Fingers Designs accepts payment by cheque made payable to J.B Milligan
or alternatively you can pay by direct bank transfer, details available on request.
How long will it take for my order to be received? TOP
Due to the handcrafted nature of my stationery orders take 6-8 weeks.
Sticky Fingers Designs will advise you of an expected delivery date when your order is placed.Please note Postage and Packaging is charged seperately at £15 for Royal Mail Special Delivery and requires a signature on receipt.
I offer a complimentary delivery service within a 15mile radius of the studio and clients can collect their orders directly from myslef at a pre arranged time.
Do I have to order everything at the one time? TOP
No,but ordering at the one time and paying the deposit will secure your booking in my
diary.
I do not have confirmed information for my menus / order of service? TOP
Do not worry,most clients have production and delivery staged to suit their requirements.
Sticky Fingers Designs understands that confirmation by caterers,venues etc is done far closer to the date of the wedding.All I ask is that you advise me as soon as final confirmations have been made.
Do your offer printing of guests names? TOP
Yes,I am happy to cover any extra printing requirements you may have for a small
additional fee.
All invitations can have your guests names printed free if advised at time of confirmation of order.
All other stationery will include a £0.20 charge per item for guest names to be printed.
I need further stationery,will you be able to do this? TOP
I recommend to all my clients to order a few more of each stationery piece for that 'just in case' scenario.
If you require a rush order please contact me to check availability and I will advise if there will be any adminstration costs due to timeframe imposed.
Clients who require further stationery pieces will be charged at the standard costing for each piece with no additional fees.

Please be assured that your personal information is as important to me as your order.All
personal data is stored on a secured computer,no personal information or data is stored
in paper format.I do not sell or pass on any information to any third parties.All payments
are processed by Paypal on a secure server and I abide at all times by the
Data Protection Act 1998.
